Tree and Stairs in Nachlaot
Tree and Stairs in Nachlaot
I like to shoot symmetries. Symmetries are sub-theme of opposites: everything that appears on the right appears on the left. Right and left are opposites. There are other types of symmetries like a shadow or reflection. The subject of symmetries is close to the subject of something similar to something else, but there there is symmetry between something in the picture with something outside of it, or even imagined, but here the two sides of the equation are concretely in the image.

The Jewish Part of YMCA
The Jewish Part of YMCA
YMCA means Young Men's Christian Association, but the building was dedicated to bring together Christianity, Judaism and Islam, and it has decorations that characterize each of these religions. So far I noticed over the years mainly Christian decorations, but today I first noticed these Stars of David at the top of the southern wall.
